HOTELcert hoteliers guarantee you controlled quality of all the services available in their hotels throughout your stay.


A certified hotel must meet a set of criteria corresponding to each step of the guest’s stay:

 

- Telephone contact and mailing of guests.

 

- Greeting guests.

 

- Passageways and public areas in the hotel.

 

- The room.

 

- Breakfast in the room and in the breakfast area.

 

- Any additional services; bar, restaurant, meeting room, games facilities, childminding, sauna, sports centre, etc.

 

When the hotel offers breakfast:

 

It is a complete meal and is served with attention to detail.

 

If the hotel has a bar, drinks are served with bar snacks, the barware is clean, the atmosphere is calm and the staff are pleasant and smiling.

 

Meals are of good quality.

 

You are offered a varied choice during your stay.

 

Dishes are served at the right temperature and are of visible quality, the restaurant tableware is clean, and the ambience is calm. Staff are available for information, and are attentive and smiling.

 

At the end of your stay you can fill in a guest satisfaction questionnaire that your hotelier will process as part of the quality system set up in the hotel.
